The Chas Everitt Cape Town South franchise covers a large franchise territory stretching from Observatory to Cape Point. We have three offices in the territory. Through the lockdown period, we used the opportunity to challenge our traditional structures and we have developed some new concepts aimed at greater productivity and market share.
The appointment of Taryn Retief in 2018 to start a rentals division best represents our innovative experience. We have achieved results in excess of 300% growth for the first six months of this year over the first six months of 2019 – a result of superb leadership, and a clear strategy around supporting a service-driven rentals team.
Southern Suburbs
Our sales team has over the last five years been focussed on the Constantiaberg and False Bay areas but the five agents we do have in Southern Suburbs have proved to be a backbone that inspires us. Stronger representation in the Observatory to Claremont areas is now our top priority for the remainder of 2020.
With stronger representation in mind we have rethought the traditional structures and thinking to achieve three essential goals;
– Improved service-driven solutions to our clients
– Wider ‘area opportunities’ to maximise sales opportunities for the team
